In this project, we will do the steady state incompressible fluid flow simulation of Archimedes Screw turbine. We will use many blade design iterations to find the optimum blade quantity and angles. Also the inlet velocity will be changed accordingly and its effect on the turbine forces would also be investigated in this work.

In this project steady state incompressible fluid flow simulation of a small RC aircraft is performed for the completion of aircraft design course on SimScale's Academy. Two simulation at different AOA relative to wing is carried out to obtain the coefficient of lift and drag. Lift and drag forces are calculated at 3 and 20 AOA, also the flow around the aircraft is also visualized for the design consideration.

In this project incompressible fluid flow simulation of a conical draft tube is carried out. The parameters data is collected from the course book on fluid dynamics and the validation of CFD simulation result with the theoretical result is also performed. Steady state incompressible fluid flow simulation is selected for the given case.
The draft tube is a pipe of gradually increasing area, which connects the outlet of the water turbine's runner to the tail race. Draft tube helps to convert the exit velocity head into pressure or potential head.

In this project static structural FEA of front upright of Formula Student Vehicle is carried out under loading conditions. 800 newtons of force is applied at the both upper and lower control arm and 5000 newtons of force is applied as brake force and the behavior of upright is observed for the further considerations and use in vehicle.

Heat transfer simulation of a cooling plate to determine the resulting temperature and heat flux distribution. This project is carried out for the partial fulfillment  of Homework Session of the FEA in Formula Student and Formula SAE Workshop.
Water is circulated through the water jackets inside the plates for the water convection purpose  also convection of air acts on the outer surfaces of the plates.

The effect of numerics on the simulation quality and convergence time.

In this project, steady state thermal analysis of a CFL light bulb is performed.

In this project we examined the Effect of Boundary Layers on the  NACA 0012 Airfoil. In-compressible fluid flow simulation is selected for the project. Free stream velocity is selected as 10 m/s having A.O.A  10 with the airfoil.

Incompressible Fluid Flow analysis of two globe valves for design optimization.

In this project, static FEA of a cantilever beam subjected to the concentrated load at the free end has been performed. The deflection in y direction of the free end of the beam has been calculated via static analysis and hand calculation which came to be very close to each other as the mesh is made finer.

Aerodynamics performance of two propeller design with altered A.O.A and blade tip. In-compressible fluid flow simulation is selected for the project.

CFD in-compressible simulation of Laminar Flow through a pipe  for Introduction to CAE exercise.

In this exercise, you will perform a simple heat transfer analysis on the SimScale Platform and then compare the results to a hand-calculated solution.
